Mr. Victor Lessard, Principal Building Inspector, mentioned to me that Mr. Reich had the necessary permits from the County to install the tanks and pumps. Mr. Lessard also indicated that Mr. Reich had stated that the use (gas station) had not been out of operation for more than two years, thus the use was permitted.
