Gentlemen:
Enclosed are site plans, parking requirements,
etc. for review by the Southold Town Planning
Board for the following projects:
North Fork Welding: Joseph and Linda
Schoenstein. Work to include the erection of
a 50' X 90' prefab metal building,
miscellaneous pavement, and screen type planting.
2. Bedell Winery: Conversion of an existing
potato storage barn to a winery. Related
work includes the grading of parking area,
and installation of a waste disposal leaching
pool system, in accordance with the
jrequirements of the Suffolk County Health
Department.
Silver Sands Motel: Installation of gravity
main on Silvermere Road, sewage lift station,
and force main to tie into the Village of
Greenport's sewer system, as per previously
granted approval by the Village of Greenport.
The system will replace the presently poorly
operating leaching system on the edge of a
large wetlands area.
Port of Eqypt Enterprises: Relocation and
installation of three (3) fuel tanks (2 -
2,000 gallon, and 1 - 1,000 gallon) in
accordance with the Suffolk County Health
Department requirements.
