Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of West
Creek Avenue and the Southerly side of Dick's Point Road; Running thence North
57 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East along the Southerly side of Dick's Point
Road 182.72 feet to land formerly of George H. Fleet, now or formerly of F.
Rose Homes; Thence South 34 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East along said last
described land 67.19 feet to land now or formerly of Kuehn; Thence South 54
degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West along said last described land 190.99 feet
to the Easterly side of West Creek Avenue; Thence North 28 degrees 46 minutes
30 seconds West along the Easterly side of West Creek Avenue 79.50 feet to the
corner at the point or place of beginning.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated October

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
