BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the northwesterly corner

Inc. , situate in Town of Southold, Long Island, N. Y. "surveyed June 28, 1922 , by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor,
Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, N. Y. August 16, 1922 , File No. 156.
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the northerly line of said lot 123,
as shown on said map, Two Hundred five and Eighty-six one-
hundredths (205.86) feet to a stake; thence at right angles to said
northerly line of said lot 123 , to the northerly side of Clearwater
Lane; thence westerly along the northerly side of Clearwater Lane
to the easterly side of Bayberry Road, and thence northerly along
the easterly side of Bayberry Road about two hundred and twenty-
seven (227) feet to a concrete monument, at the point or place of
beginning.
I ABOVE described premises being approximately the westerly half of
I lots One Hundred Twenty-two (122) and One Hundred Twenty-three
(123) , as shown on above mentioned map.
Being and intended to be the same property conveyed by deed dated
May 18, 1956 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk on May

of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER

has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by
