RUNNING THENCE easterly along the northerly line of said lot 123, as shown on said map, Two Hundred five and Eighty-six one- hundredths (205.86) feet to a stake; thence at right angles to said northerly line of said lot 123 , to the northerly side of Clearwater Lane; thence westerly along the northerly side of Clearwater Lane to the easterly side of Bayberry Road, and thence northerly along the easterly side of Bayberry Road about two hundred and twenty- seven (227) feet to a concrete monument, at the point or place of beginning.
