In accordance with Section 100-114(C) of the Code of the Town of
Southold, the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants WBAZ
Radio a Special License to erect a tent to hold a three-ring celebration
under the WBAZ Big Top, south side CR 48, Southold, on July 6, 1987,
from 5:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M., provided they secure and maintain the
proper insurance to hold the Town of Southold harmless.

SPECIAL LICENSE
In accordance with Section 100-114(C) of the Code of the
Town of Southold, the Town Board of the Town of Southold
hereby grants WBAZ Radio a Special License to erect a tent and
hold a celebration on Tuesday, July 1, 1986, between the hours
of 5:30 P.M. and 8:30 P.M., at their facilities located on the
southerly side of Route 48, east of Horton Lane, Southold, New
York, provided they secure and maintain the proper insurance
to hold the Town of Southold harmless.
