I am enclosing a copy of Chapter 27 of the Code of the Town of Southold, which gives the necessary details for submitting an application. Please be sure to provide me with a diagram of the premises where the event will be held, indicating the area of use. I must also know if tents will be used, and if so, their size and location. Lastly, please provide the required One Million Dollar Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Town as an additional insured. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
