Oregon Road, North 63 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East, 150 .00 feet to land
formerly of Joseph Decerkoski; Thence along said last mentioned land, South 28
degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East, 268.77 feet to land formerly of Peter
Carroll, now or formerly of Joseph Yaboni and another; Thence along said last
mentioned land the following four (4) courses and distances: (1) South 62

part herein by deed dated 5/22/85, recorded 6/12/85 in liber 9808 cp 423, Suffolk
County clerk's Office.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
