We plan on serving between 150 and 175 people. This event is not "entertainment, bazaar, fundraiser ..." etc but we will charge $5 per head to cover costs (the same amount charged by other Presbyterian churches on LI when it is their turn to host the meeting). We plan to serve the supper outside under one or more tents provided by DeFriest and/or Costers, who will erect the tents with their staff. Attached is a sketch showing the size and location of the area, off Highland Rd, to be covered by the tents. I also enclose a certification from our insurance broker naming the Town of Southold as an additional insured in amounts ex< ceding $1,000,000.
