11 Trustee of the estate of Dennis Michael Blaikie, having

New York, New York 10017, party of the first part, and
HANDY PANTRY STORES, INC. , 183 Smithtown Boulevard,
Ipoo Nesconset, New York 11767 , party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part by
virtue of the power and authority pursuant to an Order of the
po3, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of

� New York, dated September 12, 1991 and in consideration of
SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND ($760, 000) DOLLARS lawful
money of the United States, paid by the party of the second

second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever, all of his right, title and
interest in and to the property described in Schedule A
annexed hereto.
