It is scheduled for Sunday, June 3rd, 2007. I have enclosed some maps indicating road usage as well as a copy of our insurance naming the Town of Southold as an additional insured. We would also like to request the assistance of the Southold Police Department with traffic control at the North Fork Bank Headquarters in Mattituck on the above date, beginning at 7 AM. In addition, we would also ask if the Town's Highway Department could send a street sweeper (close to the day of the event) to remove all the sand in the road at the intersection of Mill road and Sound View Avenue, as it is very dangerous for the cyclists to make the turn and ride through any sand.
