This warranty deed is made and entered into on this

Fred C. Yoerges ('also known as Fred Yoerges) and
Dorothy Whiting Yoerges (also known as Dorothy Yoerges) , his wife,
residing at (no #) Deer Drive, Mattituck, New York
as GRANTORS, and
Mark A. Volinski and Rarenann W. Volinski, his wife,
residing at (no #) Deer Drive, Mattituck, New York

WITNESSETH, that the GRANTORS, in consideration of ten
dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the GRANTEES, do
hereby grant, convey, and release to the GRANTEES as tenants by
the entirety with rights of survivorship as at common law all of
GRANTORS ' rights, title, and interest in that certain parcel of
land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated as and by
Lot number 6, on a certain map entitled "Map of Deer Park at
1000 Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and
Dist. developed by Joseph Deerkoski" and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 25th day of July, 1960, as

abutting the Premises and any and all appurtenances in and to the

Lot GRANTEES subject to the covenants- and restrictions contained the
"Declaration" dated July 25, 1960, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 6, 1960, in Liber
4869 of conveyances, page 322 .
° All of GRANTORS' rights, title, and interest in the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated June 23, 1970 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on July 6, 1970 in Liber 6768 Page 428.
