Attachments: None Project name: Mattituck Seven Eleven SCTM# 1000-142-1-27 Location: n/e corner of Factory Avenue & NYS Route 25, Mattituck Description: This site plan is to convert an existing 1,950 sq. ft. gas station/convenience store to a retail store only (convenience store) and add a 685 sq. ft. addition, having a 2,635 sq. ft. building on a 24,829 sq. ft. parcel in the Business Zone. Status: New Site Plan Action: Review comments last submission and Engineer comments with the Planning Board. SCTM#: 1000-86-1-10.9 Location: 2350 Wells Road, Peconic, southwest corner of Wells Road and State Route 25 in Peconic Description: This proposal is for an 80/60 clustered conservation subdivision on 32.83 acres, resulting in two residential lots & one agricultural lot. Status: Sketch Action: Accept final maps for review; send out referral to Town Engineer. Status: Conditional Final Approval Action: Discuss Park and Playground Fee. Attachments: Staff Report Project name: Morrel, Owen SCTM#: 1000-68-1-15.1 Location: n/s/o Sound View Avenue, 1700 feet e/o Diamond Lane in Peconic (3945 Sound View Avenue) Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 12.03-acre parcel into 2 parcels where Lot 1 totals 80,285 sq. ft. and Lot 2 totals 127,686 sq. ft. with an existing single-family residence and associated accessory structures in the R-80 Zoning District.
