paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Westphalia Road,
distant 161. 01 feet easterly as measured along said northerly line
of Westphalia Road with its intersection with the easterly line of
Howard Avenue; and from said point of beginning running thence
through Lot 17 , North 11 111 00" West 246.79 feet to the southerly
line of Lot 34; running thence along the southerly line of Lots 34 ,
33 and 32 , North 71° 41' 50" East 127 .67 -feet; running thence
through Lots 14 and 15 , South 8° 05 ' 30" East 225 .29 feet to the
northerly line of Westphalia Road; running thence along said line,
two courses and distances as follows: (1) South 670 29 ' 00"- West
28 . 61 feet; thence (2) South 66° 29 ' 00" West 132.39 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises ,conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated June 2 , 1980 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 11, 1980 in Liber 8836 Page 309 .
