Dear Ms. Terry:
Thank you for your recent letter of thanks for my
support for Senate Bill 8987 (Assembly Bill 11929), of
which I am the sponsor, which would amend the
environmental conservation law by raising the current
limitation of the taking of Striped Bass from 16 inches
to 26 inches.
I am pleased to be able to inform you that this
bill has been passed by both the Senate and the Assembly
and is being sent to the Governor for his signature.
Thank you again for your interest and your concern.

which would increase minimum length for the taking of striped
bass form 16" to 26".
This bill passed both houses of the Legislature
during the week of June 19th and will be sent to the Governor
shortly.
