paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

in Liber 5108 cp 355, which point is distant North 430 09' 10" East 115 feet,
when measured along the northwesterly side of said 25 foot Private Road from the
corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of said 25 foot
Private Road with the northerly side of Ole Jule Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Profers and along land now or formerly of
Mrzilek North 350 40' 20" West 145.10 feet to land now or formerly of Eugster;

RUNNING THENCE along said land South 320 23' 40" East 124.78 feet to the northerly

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly and northwesterly side of said 25 foot Private
Road the following two courses and distances: 1) South 620 03130" West 118.73
feet; and 2) South 430 09' loss West 74.05 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 25 foot Private Road from the most easterly
corner of the premises above described, westerly to Ole Jule Lane.
