York, known and designated as Lot 37 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Proposed Sub-Division, Section A, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate
on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed June 7, 1919, by
Wallace H. Halsey, C.E., Southampton, New York, and filed in the Office of the
