TOWN OF SOUTHOLO June 4,2009 RE: Duffy Residence Tax Map # 1000-138-02-003.6 Permit #34723 Dear Mr. Gillen, I am writing this letter to satisfy the requirements set forth during the final inspection of the above mentioned property on May 2009. All windows and doors will have pre-cut and pre~rilled plywood panels fabricated and stored on site. Any walls that were opened during construction were insulated with the maximum R value balls that fit in the existing wall cavity, mostly R-15. Finally, the concrete footings under the new deck were installed as per the Construction Documents. Please let me know if you require further documentation regarding this permit application.
