TAX THIS INDENTURE,made the 10th day of January , nineteen hundred and ninety-two
STAMPS BETWEEN ANNE MULDERRIG, residing at 3700 Pequash Avenue, Cutchogue,
REQUIRED New York, as surviving tenant by the entirety
party of the first part, and KATHLEEN E. DINEEN, residing at 280 Rivergate Drive, Wilton,
Connecticut, as to a 20% interest; PATRICIA A. VAH SING, residing at 8 Kirk Hill
Court, Catonsville, Maryland, as t6__a_ 20-interest; MARY M. MAGILL, residing at
700 Glen Court, Cutchogue, New York, as to a 20% interest; MARTIN F. MULDERRIG,
residing at 24 Rodeo Court, Sayreville, New Jersey, as to a720% interest; and
JOHN P. MUIDERRIG, residing at 1521 East 35th Street, Brooklyn, New York, as to
a 20% interest
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Fleet' s Neck
Road 304 .63 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from
North Cross Road; from said point of beginning running along said
southwesterly line of Fleet' s Neck Road South 500 16 ' 30" East
100. 0 feet; thence South 390 43 ' 30" West 150. 00 feet; thence North
501 16 ' 30" West 100 .0 feet; thence North 390 43 ' 30" East 150 . 0
feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed
dated July 2, 1975 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on July 9 , 1975 in Liber 7870 Page 292.
