WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other lawful
consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns &the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE 'A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 5/7/07
and recorded on 5/16/07 in Liber 12505, cp 516.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total &the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed asif it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Stillwater Avenue, as said Stillwater
Avenue runs easterly from Fleet's Neck Road at the southwesterly comer of the premises
herewith described, adjoining land of Wolff, said point of beginning being 109.24 feet
north 55 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds east from a concrete monument marking the
intersection of the northerly line of Stillwater Avenue and the easterly line of Fleet
Neck's Road from said point or place of BEGINNING;
RUNNING THENCE along lands of Wolff and Hendrickson, north 42 degrees 21
minutes 40 seconds west, 116.62 feet;
THENCE along lands of Hendrickson and Urbonas, north 47 degrees 38 minutes 20
seconds east, 62.0 feet;
THENCE along lands of Urbonas, Winchester and Dalton, south 42 degrees 21 minutes
