Dear Members of the Board:
In regard to the above referenced property, attached please find the following:
1. A print of the digital photos identifying areas of concern, dated 15Mar06;
2. A print of Existing Soil Conditions, dated 05Mar06;
3. A print of Existing Site Condition as per 1996 Survey; and
4. A survey of the existing site conditions, dated 02Apr57.
As of 25Apr06, rlh Land Planning Services, Inc. is authorized to act as agent for
Marshall .~ohnson, owner of the above referenced property. See attachment.
In the fall of 2005 the owner's property experienced serious soil erosion of the
Bluff. Efforts have been made to attempt to shore up the bluff to no avail.
However, issues relating to the foundation have been identified and must be
addressed.
Therefore, we respectfully request emergency permit approval to address the
following issues:
1. Securing of the foundation and to shore up the Bluff from further erosion.
This includes any foundation repair and maintenance;
2. Possible bulkhead repair and maintenance.
If for any reason, additiona information is required to process this request in a
tim~y manner, please contact me as soon as possible.
