ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEG.I.NNING at the southeasterly corner of the land herein de-
scribed, at a point which is South 52 degrees 14 minutes 00
seconds West, 615. 50 feet from the westerly line of Depot Lane;
From said point of beginning running thence along "Evergreen
Drive" and lot 13 in "The Woods at Cutchogue" Subdivision, South
52 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West, 649.26 feet to land now or
formerly of Hargrave;
THENCE. along said land, two courses:
1) North 36 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West, 580.43 feet;

2) North 37 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds West, 276.79 feet to
