A WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters

and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the easterly line
of Haywaters Drive with the northerly line of Mason Drive; and running along said
easterly line of Haywaters Drive, 2 courses, as follows:
