THIS INDENTURE, made the 1st day of May nineteen hundred and ninety—two—

party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being meat East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 403 on Map entitled, "Map
of Section D, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. , situate on Nassau Point,
Suffolk County, New York," surveyed by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor,
Greenport, New York, March 24, 1926 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County on May 7, 1926, as Map No. 806 being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the esterly side of Haywaters Road where the
division line of map lots 403 and 404 intersect the said easterly side of
Haywaters Road. u
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East along the ` a
said division line 290.0 feet to the westerly line of Map*398; * tz f r\
THENCE South 16 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds East along the division
line of map lots 398 and 403 a distance of 91.0 feet;
THENCE South 83 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West along the division
line of map lots 403 and 402 a distance 273.0 feet to the easterly side of
Haywaters Road;
THENCE Northerly along the easterly side of Haywaters Road and along a
tie line bearing North 24 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds West 105.41 feet to
the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Deed dated 9/15/90 and recorded 3/26/90 in Liber 11039 cp 510.

<aCYii TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
TAX MAP premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
DESIGNATION second part forever.
Dist. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
1000 whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Sm. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
