THIS INDENTURE, made the 3 ] 54' day of July, 2009 BETWEEN
GARRY W. BELMONTE and WILLIAM ALAN MORTON, as co-Trustees under the Garry W.
Belmonte Revocable Trust, whose address is 4045 Main Road, Greenport, NY, 11944
party of the first part,
ROBERT ANTHONY SOLINGER and CAROL ANN SOLINGER, husband and wife, both residing
at 264 Main Road, Eddington, ME, 04428
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being
SEE SCHEDULE 'A' ANNEXED HERETO
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to GARRY W. BELMONTE and
WILLIAM ALAN MORTON, as Trustees under The Garry W. Belmonte Revocable Trust who acquired
title by virtue of a deed from GARRY W. BELMONTE, dated December 17, 2003 and recorded February
27, 2004 in Liber 12303 at page 935.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said
~remises.
FO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenpon, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot
Numbers 50, 51 and 52 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Diagram of 60 lots belonging to John G.
Champlin," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 23, 1873, as Map
Number 337, which said lots, when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Knapp Place distant 119.0 feet easterly as measured
along the southerly side of Knapp Place from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Knapp Place with the easterly side of Sterling Place, said point of beginning being and intended to be where
the division line between Lots 52 and 53, as shown on the aforementioned map intersects the southerly side
of Knapp Place and from the said point of BEGINNING:
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Knapp Place, North 73 degrees 05 minutes 00
seconds East 99.00 feet to land now or formerly of Norkelun;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Norkelun and land now or formerly of Watson, South 33
degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East, 150.60 feet to the northerly line of Lot 57 as shown on the
aforementioned map;
THENCE along the northerly line of Lot 57, as shown on the aforementioned map, South 73
degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West 105.44 feet (actual) 105.00 feet (deed) to the easterly line of Lot 56 as
shown on the aforementioned map;
THENCE along the easterly lines of Lots 56, 55, 54 and 53 as shown on the aforementioned map,
North 30 degrees 59 minutes 40 seconds West, 148.25 feet to the southerly side of Knapp Place at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.
