THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART named herein is the sole beneficiary of the Party of the Second Part, The James Mardikos Irrevocable Trust, dated 11/18/08, during the lifetime(s) of the Party of the First Part and is entitled to veterans and senior exemptions as provided under RPTL subsections 458(7), 458-a(5) and 467(9), and the school tax relief (STAR) exemption as provided under RPTL section 425.
