Dear Mr. Vivona:
With regards to your letter dated September 1, 2009 requesting two trees along
the beach entrance that are dead or dying be cut down. The Board of Trustees
determined that the two trees may be cut down with the stumps to remain and
the cut trees be removed from the property.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
