ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a monument located on the southeasterly
korner of property owned by Murray Klapper and Constance
Klapper, his wife, as conveyed by deed dated January 31 , 1986
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on February
21 , 1986 in Liber 9982 page 88 ; running thence from said point
or place of beginning through land of John Zuhoski , Jr. and
