14.00 WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom Letters of
LOT Administration C. T . A. were issued by the Surrogate' s Court, Suffolk
013 .000 County, New York, on March 21, 1990 and by virtue of the power and

authority given by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, (Parcel I)
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at'Nassau Point, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated as Parts of Lots Nos . 242 and 243 on a certain
map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point
Club Properties, Inc. , situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island,
N. Y. ," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Little Peconic Bay
Road at the northwesterly corner of Lot 242 and running thence along
land now or formerly of Persons, South 3 degrees 52 minutes 20 sec-
onds East, 226 feet to the ordinary high-water mark of Wunnewetta
Pond; thence in a general southerly and westerly direction along the
ordinary high-water mark of Wunnewetta Pond, 145 feet more or less to
land formerly of Grathwohl, now or formerly of Melchionna, at a point
which is at the terminus of the following two tie line courses from the
terminus of the preceding course: ( 1) South 29 degrees 16 minutes 20
seconds West, 64. 30 feet, and (2) South 76 degrees 51 minutes 20 sec-
onds West, 84.39 feet; thence along said land, North 00 degrees 44
minutes 00 seconds East, 304 feet to the southerly side of Little
Peconic Bay Road; thence easterly along the southerly side of Little
Peconic Bay Road, along a curve bearing to the left, the chord of
which bears South 88 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East, and has a
length of 94.52 feet, a distance along said curve of 95 feet, more
or less, to the point or place Of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that transferred to
Audrey Long Anderson by deed dated March 30, 1959 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 6, 1959
in Liber 4607 page 455.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, at Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York, being
land lying below the waters of Wunnewetta Pond, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of premises of party of the first
part, which point of beginning is formed by the intersection of the
westerly line of said premises of the party of the first part and
the ordinary high-water mark of Wunnewetta Pond, and running thence
( 1) South 00 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West, 35 feet; ( 2) again
starting from said point of beginning and running thence in a general
easterly and northerly direction along the southerly line of said
premises of the party of the first part, being the ordinary high-
water mark of Wunnewetta Pond, 145 feet, more or less, to the south-
east corner of said premises of the party of the first part, being
the point formed by the intersection of the easterly line of said
premises of the party of the first part and the ordinary high-water
mark of Wunnewetta Pond; (3) running thence South 3 degrees 52 min-
utes 20 seconds East, 35 feet; (4) running thence along a line South
29 degrees 16 'minutes 20 seconds West to the point where said line
would be intersected by a line running North 76 degrees 51 minutes
20 seconds East from the terminus of the aforementioned course ( 1) ;
and ( 5) running thence from said point of intersection along said
last mentioned line South 76 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West to
said terminus of course ( 1) .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that transferred to
Audrey Long Anderson by deed datedMay 29, 1959 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 1, 1959 in
Liber 4633 page 572 .
