WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Inlet Drive at the southerly extremity
of the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 25 feet and a length of
42.77 feet, connecting said westerly side of Inlet Drive with the southerly side
of Miriam Road;
THENCE sour 29 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East along said westerly side of
Inlet DrivL,`0,'59 feet to a point;
THENCE south 57 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds wes feet to a point;
THENCE north 29 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds west 75.4U feet to said southerly
side of Miriam Road;
THENCE north 52 degrees 00 minutes east along said southerly side of Miriam Road
121.22 feet to westerly extremity of the arc of the curve hereinbefore mentioned;
THENCE southeasterly along said arc of said curve 42.77 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
Said premises known as 500 Miriam Road, Mattituck, New York.
1 Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by virtue
of deed from PASQUALE ROSSI and CONCETTA ROSSI, his wife, dated 12/19/86 recorded
(� 6/2/87 in Liber 10208 at Page 11. The grantors herein are the same persons as

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the ¢rst part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, e -cept as
aforesaid.
AND the party of'fherst dart; in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part well receive the con8ideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
