Halsey, C.E., Southampton, New York, June, 1919," as map number 745, said lot and part of lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: r BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Nassau Point Road where the same is 4. intersected by the dividing line between lots 87 and 88 as shown on the above-mentioned map; RUNNING THENCE along said dividing line South 54 degrees 43 minutes West and passing through a monument 371.00 feet to the high water mark of Great Peconic Bay as shown on the above-mentioned map; THENCE along said high water mark of Great Peconic Bay on a tie line of North 36 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West, 150.01 feet to a point; THENCE North 54 degrees 43 minutes East and passing through a monument 360.00 feet to a 4,yaaa'yr, monument on the southwesterly line of Nassau Point Road; THENCE southeasterly along the southwesterly line of Nassau Point Road along an irregular . iW ; curve the tie line of which is South 40 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds East, 150.54 feet to the ,•� monument, the point or place of BEGINNING.
