ROBINSON and BARBARA ROBINSON, his wife, residing at (no# ) Main Road, Cutchogue, New York 11935 party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heits or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, DIST All. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: �b00 BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Main Road (New York State Route 25), 841 feet more or less Easterly as measured along the Northerly side of Main Road from the corner formed SPC. by the intersection of the Easterly side of Cox Lane with the Westerly side of Main Road, RUNNING THENCE in a Northerly direction along land now or formerly of Vitriol and Rysko a distance of 249 feet more or less to lands of Ressler; D C�1 ,O RUNNING THENCE along lands of Ressler North 46 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 103 feet to a monument; ' RUNNING THENCE in a Southerly direction South 43 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds East along BLOCK lands still of Ressler and now or formerly owned by Dorothy R. Binns a distance of 241.27 feet more or less to a monument on the Westerly side of Main Road; / Q ` QQ RUNNING THENCE in a Westerly direction along Main Road a distance of 103 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. Said premises intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deeds LOT recorded in Liber 2750 page 335 on September 11, 1947 and in Liber 9124 page 133 on January 5, 1982. This is a CORRECTION DEED intended to correct the description contained in a previous deed recorded in Liber 11362 page 071 on October 30, 1991. +•�•„•,.•`+ TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances 4- -1 -42, and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO Ob HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. AND the party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party of the first part is seized of the said premises in fee simple, and has good right to convey the same; that the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises; that the said premises are free from incumbrances, except as aforesaid; that the party of the first part will execute or procure any further necessary assurance of the title to said premises; and that said party of the first part will forever warrant the title to said premises. The word "party” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
