Baylis, C.E. , Huntington, L. I. , 11 which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, on January 3 , 1914 as Number Forty-one, said Plots Numbers One, Two and Three, being collectively bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of South Drive at the division line between Plots numbered three and four on said map; RUNNING THENCE South 32 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds East along the westerly line of South Drive 150. 54 feet to a stake set in the northerly line of land formerly of Terry, later of Miller; THENCE South 51 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West along said last mentioned land 150 feet to a stake; THENCE North 37 degrees 53 minutes West 150. 47 feet to the division line between plots numbered three and four on said map; and THENCE North 52 degrees 07 minutes East along said division line 162 .87 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
