ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the build-
ings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
at East Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated as and by the Lot No. 30 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Moose Cove at East Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York prepared by Otto w. Van
Tuyl and Son from surveys completed June 19, 1960 and filed in
the Office of the Clerk. of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map #3230 .
It is the intention of the Seller to convey all of the property now owned
by the Seller as contained in all instruments of record in the immediate-
vicinity of the subject property, in so much as it•applies to the subject
premises. It is the intention of the sellers to convey all their right,
title and interest in the subject premises and all appurtenances thereto.
