(2) thence South 70° 39 ' 40" East, 232. 96 feet; (3) thence South 190

point or place of BEGINNING.
This deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose of
Ocorrecting an error appearing in the beginning point in a deed dated
June 20, 1988, already delivered by the grantor herein to the grantee
herein, and recorded in Liber 10669 Page 425 in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on August 17 , 1988 . The beginning point of
said recorded deed incorrectly begins at the northeasterly corner
instead of the northwesterly corner.
Premises are not subject to a Credit Line Mortgage.
