WrMESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of
Main Rd. (N.Y.S. Rte. 25) at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein
described; said point being where the southerly line of land formerly of Daniel Young
and now or formerly Albert A. Brisotti, Jr. intersects said westerly side of Main
Road; RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Main Road, South 23 degrees
29 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 55.21 feet to a pipe and land formerly of
Silas H. Howell and now or formerly Vincenza Cortese; THENCE westerly along last
mentioned land, North 79 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 247.03
feet to land formerly of Leroy Hallock and now or formerly Dorothy G. Meyer; THENCE
North 10 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West along last mentioned land, a distance of
52.50 feet to a monument and land now or formerly Mattituck Presbyterian Church;
THENCE South 80 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds East along last mentioned land, a
distance of 164.43 feet to a monument and land now or formerly Daniel Young and now
or formerly Albert A. Brisotti, Jr. ; THENCE South 80 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds
East along last mentioned land, 113.77 feet to the westerly side of Main Road at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
