and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue distant
586.61 feet, more or less, from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Reeve Avenue and the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue,
and from said point of beginning;
