part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

of Subdivision for Mattituck Estates , Inc . , Mattituck, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, May 5 , 1965 , July 19 , 1965 , Alden W. Young,
P.E. & L. S. , N.Y. S. Lic. #12845 , Riverhead, N.Y. and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 8 , 1965 under
File #4453 which lot and part of lot taken together are more
particularly bounded and described as follows :
Beginning at a monument on the northwesterly side of Azalea Road,
distant northeasterly 100 . 00 feet from the extreme easterly end of
the arc of a curve connecting the northeasterly side of Cardinal Drive
with the northwesterly side of Azalea Road, running thence North 42

degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds west 225 . 00 feet to a monument, thence
North 47 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east 100 feet to a monument,
thence North 4 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds east 65 . 62 feet to a
monument , thence South 43 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds east 269 .30
feet to a monument on the northwesterly side of Azalea Road, thence
South 47 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds west along the northwesterly
side of Azalea Road 150 . 00 feet to the point or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,

The word ''party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
