THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of June, two thousand nine
BETWEEN MARLO SHORTINO, individually and as surviving tenant by the entirety,
residing at 450 Bay Avenue, Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part, and JOSEPH M. BARKWILL and PATRICIA M. BARKWILL, husband and
wife, both residing at 31 Dartmouth Street, Rockville Centre, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration o f ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party o f the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the pafly of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second party forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, as more fully described on Schedule "A" annexed hereto:
BEING and INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed
