VanDeusen, his. wife, and parallel with the westerly boundary line of 011.00 the premises hereby conveyed, a distance of about 150 feet to a concrete monument LOT: set in the northerly side of said Private Road; 008.00C AND THENCE running in a westerly direction along the northerly side of said Private Road, a distance of 100 feet to the concrete monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING and land now or formerly of Henry A. Carsten and Eleanor M. Carsten, his wife. The said east and west lines being parallel and distant from each other 100 feet throughout when measured at right angles.
