State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
)5 COMMENCING at a concrete monument set in the northerly side of the Private Road
running from Marratooka Lane to Deep Hole Creek, which said concrete monument marks
s the southwest corner of the premises about to be described and the southeast corner
of land now or formerly of Henry A. Carsten and Eleanor M. Carsten, his wife, and

THENCE running in a northerly direction along the easterly side of land now or

Road, a distance of 100 feet to the concrete monument set at the point or place of

wife. The said east and west lines being parallel and distant from each other 100
feet throughout when measured at right angles.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and
—� to the waters of Deep Hole Creek, (which is also known as Gardiners Creek and Willes
Creek) , immediately bounding said premises on the north.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over the 20-foot wide Private Road, to and from the
premises hereby conveyed to Marratooka Lane and to and from Deep Hole Creek at the
end of said 20-foot Private Road, where it adjoins Deep Hole Creek on the easterly
end of Lupton's Point.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises described in deed to Grantors herein dated
_ March 12, 1957, and recordedrarc.h8 19573, pg 536, with the Clerk of
Suffolk County.
