BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Wickham Avenue, 125 feet
South 64 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West, as measured along the
northerly side of Wickham Avenue from its intersection of land now
or formerly of Dickerson and Feinberg; and running along the northerly
side of Wickham Avenue South 64 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West
41. 24 feet; and South 72 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West 83. 76 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING of the property about to be described:
RUNNING THENCE South 72 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West 30. 79 feet
to the westerly side of the 30 foot right of way and also to land now
or formerly of Conlon;
