the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the

BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of a right of way where
the same is intersected by the southeasterly side of land now or formerly of E.
Zuhoski, Jr., said point or place of beginning being also distant 141.12 feet
southeasterly as measured along the northeasterly side of a right of way from
the corner formed by the intersection of the northeasterly side of said right of
way with the southeasterly side of Middle Road (CR 48);
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
