courses and distances:
1) North 84 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West 129.95 feet;
2) North 51 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 6.15 feet to a
point;
thence North 03 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East 307.56 feet to
the southerly side of Nokomis Road;
