WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,,

County Clerk' s Office as Map No. 776, which said lot according to said map 'is
more particularly bounded and described as follows:

division line between lots 27 and 26, on said map, intersect said northeasterly
side of Cedar Drive, which point is also distant northwesterly 500.94 feet from
the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of Young's-
