Local Revitalization Program Consistency Review of Site Plan Approval for Macad Vineyard
Located at the intersection of Bergen Avenue and Sound Avenue, on the north side of Sound
Avenue, in Mattituck.
SCTM# 1000-121- I- 1.3 Zoning District: AC
This proposed action is for a site plan for additions & alterations to an existing winery on a 5.6
acre parcel in the A-C Zone.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfi'ont Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposed
action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
