ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being the Westerly part of the northerly 200
feet of the "Clara Barclay" plot as shown on the map of Nassau
Point No . 156, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on high water mark of Cutchogue Harbor and the
southerly side of a certain 10 foot strip of land adjacent to lot
281 as shown on "Amended Map of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point
Club Properties Inc. " filed in the Suffolk County Clerk Is Office at
Riverhead, New York;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of said 10 foot strip,
North 79 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East 218 . 51 feet to the
southerly revised line of Northwest Loop;
THENCE along said southerly revised line of Northwest Loop, on a
curve tot he left whose chord runs South 84 degrees 29 minutes East
