THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of June nineteen hundred and ninety-thre,
BETWEEN
BRUCE FIGURNIAK, residing at 230 Horsehoe Drive, Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part,and
BRUCE FIGURNIAK and RITA A. FIGURNIAK, his wife, both residing at
230 Horseshoe Drive, Cutchogue, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

known and designated as Lot No. 22 , as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Oregon View Estates, " and filed in the Office of

BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Horseshoe Drive
where the same is intersected by the division line between lots 22
and 23 on said map, said point being also distant 125. 00 feet

Drive, from the northwesterly end of a curve having a radius of
24 . 56 feet and a length of 39 . 01 feet, said curve connects the
northeasterly side of Horseshoe Drive with the northwesterly side
of Middle Road (Cr 27) ; running thence northwesterly from said
point or place of beginning along the northeasterly side of

North 44 degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds west, 59 . 80 feet; 2 .

a radius of 825. 18 feet and a distance of 90. 20 feet to the
division line between lots 21 and 22 on said map; running thence
along said division line north 45 degrees 32 minutes 05 seconds
east, 275. 18 feet, to land now or formerly of John Matwieczyk;

northeasterly side of Horseshoe Drive, to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part willreceive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture 5o requires.
