Animal Shelter:
Coordination of Punch List Items with Prime Contractors.
Demolition work Completed.
Coordination of final site design / Fencing / Pavement as per Town Board Approval.
Preparation & Processing of Invoices for work completed to date.
Coordination with Town DPW Personnel regarding demolition issues and tree removal.
Planning Board:
On-going rbviews of Site Plan & Subdivision Applications.
Compliance with Drainage Code and Highway Specifications.
Meetings with Planning Staff to Review Projects & recommend modifications for compliance.
Goldsmith Inlet Jetty Project:
On-going SEQRA process. Meetings with Chick Vorheis.
Goldsmith Inlet Management Plan. Prepare drainage alternatives to existing conditions.
. MS4 Storm-water Requirements:
Attended Monthly Meeting / review of federal requirements and coordination
of compliance efforts with other East End Towns.
Compilation of data for preparation of NOI for approval by Town Board.
MS4 Meetings & coordination with Eileen Keenan, Sea Grants / DEC representative.
Storm-water meetings:
Storm Water Committee Meeting held to review MS4-NOl'and specific drainage problems
located throughout Town.
Discuss issues related to achievement of compliance with the Drainage Code.
Preparation of Cost Estimates for Grant opportunities related to Hashamomuck drainage
projects on Long Creek Drive. (Project funded by DEC Grant - Mark Terry)
Board of Trustees:
Review drainage plans & Permit Requirements for compliance with Drainage Code.
LWRP - Ongoing Coordination of issues related to review program requirements.
Peconic School Project:
Additional Site inspections with Iow Bidder to determine future scope of work.
Summer Intern worked 2 days per week, reviewed drainage projects and assisted with site inspection.
Inspection of work by Corazz. ini Asphalt, (representing NKC), to review restoration of Town Beach
Parking lot. "NKC" is the contractor who used the parking area to perform the County Drainage
Project.
Transportation Commission:
Coordination with Suffolk County DPW related to traffic site distance on County Route 48.
Reviewed possible alternate signage in downtown Cutchogue with Kevin Matthaei, NYS DOT.
Reviewed and discussed time schedules for the New Route 25 Bridge project in Greenport
with project engineer, Joe Ludwig, DOT.
Hamlet Implementation Panel:
Meeting with Mark Terry & Peter Harris to review the request of the Fishers Island HIR
Coordination with Highway and PD for escort to the island to review the problems in person.
Bittner Preserve:
Bids Received and reviewed fer the demolition of the Residence an¢ timber bulkhead
Permits received from DEC.
Fishers Island Basketball Resurfacing Project. Coordination ofwork with Iow Bidder.
Work to be completed prior to the annual Meeting on Fishers Island.
Transfer Station - Construction of new Building for Compost Bagger operation has been put on hold.
Mitchell Property Drainage Easement. Coordinate new Survey and Preparation or Deed Description.
Town Attorneys office to finalize Easement documents.
Ongoing review of road opening permits / inspections.
Department of Transportation Seawall Project:
Review & coordination of proposed seawall expansion project to upgrade easterly end of
existing seawall. Contact at DOT - Greg Williams.
New design to be maintained as pedestrian friendly.
Interpretive Signage Project:
Coordination of Phase Two with Consultant - Preparation of bid packages for the
Design, Construction and Installation of Kiosks and interpretive signage
Investigation of drainage complaints on behalf of the Highway Department.
Coordination and design of new drainage facilities to reduce storm water related issues.
Coordination with DEC to review Storm-water related issues. (Silvermere Road -
Prepare Schematic Plans for review and comment.)
Prepare Site plan for Drainage Easement on Bower Property at Horton La. & Sound View Ave.
Building Department SWPPP Review:
Review of storm-water pollution prevention plans. Compliance with Chapter 236
Recommendations for best management practice related to building construction permits.
Coordination of Drainage project / Santorini Site Plan / Storm-water Run-off from Duck Pond Road.
Design and implementation of Storm-Water Retention Pond for the Town.
Oysterponds School - Coordination of DOT Permit information for the installation of Your Speed
Indicator signs to be installed on the existing flashing beacons on Route 25 in Orient.
