o party of the first part, and ANN SABA, residing at 230 First Street, Cutchogue,
New York, HENRY KISLOW, residing at 124 Meriwood Drive, Kissimmee,
Florida and VICTORIA BRUNO, residing at 2768 Madison Avenue,
Bridgeport, Connecticut,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on December 23 , 1992 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of partial
distribution of estate pursuant to paragraph THIRD of Last Will and

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
, BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly corner of the premises
about to be described formed by the southerly side of First Street and
the westerly side of Stillwater Avenue; running thence from the point
of beginning along the westerly side of Stillwater Avenue, South 380
40 ' 00" East a distance of- 145 . 92 feet to land now or formerly of Saba;
running thence along land now or formerly of Saba, South 440 51 ' 30"
West a distance of- 185. 70 feet to land now or formerly of Yousik;
running thence along said land now or formerly of Yousik and also land
now or formerly of Kubacki, North 45° 32 ' 20" West a distance of 145 . 00

islow by deed dated May 1 , 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on May 6, 1963 in Liber 5343 , Page 16 and by devise
under the Last Will and Testament of Fannie Kislow who died a resident
TAXMAP of Suffolk County, New York (Suffolk County Surrogate' s Court File
DESIGNATION No. 1362 P 1980) .

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,

the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
