paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

Surveyors, owned and developed by the Estate of George H. Fleet, Cutchogue, N. Y.
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 30,
1964 as Map No. 4210, said lot is bounded and described according to said map
as follows ;
BEGINNING at a point on the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterl,
side of Midwood Road and the southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 50 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds west along the north-
westerly side of Midwood Road 142.45 feet;
THENCE north 32 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds west 162.65 feet;
THENCE north 52 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds east 114. 76 feet to the southwester
side of Eastwood Drive;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive the following (2) courses
and distances ;
I . South 50 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds east 87.45 feet;
2. South 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds east 70. 16 feet to the corner
aforesaid the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
