not to exceed $60.00 per year unless agreed upon by a majority of land

protective covenants dated August 5, 1966 and recorded in the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk on August 10, 1966 in Liber 6099 of deeds, page
320 provided the same do not render title unmarketable.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein
by deed dated 8/22/73 from I.W. Bianchi and Gertrude Bianchi, his wife,
which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 7489
at page 349 on 9/14/73 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets am
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenance!
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLI
